Yes — a 3-hour minimum. This covers the truck dispatch, crew mobilization, and materials. Most studio and 1-bedroom moves fit inside the minimum; larger moves bill only the actual hours worked beyond that.
Yes, Saturdays and Sundays at the same weekday rate — no weekend surcharge. Slots fill up fastest on first/last weekends of the month, so book a week or two ahead for those.
Yes. We file Certificates of Insurance (COI) with residential buildings and HOAs at no charge. Just send us the property management contact and requirements at least 48 hours before the move.
We bill actual hours — if things take longer (bigger inventory, harder access, more stairs), you pay for the extra time at the same rate. We flag likely over-runs during the quote so there are no surprises on move day.
Yes. Stairs up to 3 flights per address and standard-width doorways are included. Narrow hoistway buildings, tight turns requiring furniture to be hoisted, or 4+ flights may add crew or time — we walk through any red flags during the quote.
